Kuala Perlis is really well famous to locals or maybe some of international tourist from nearby country especially Thailand. Instead of seafood, Jetty Kuala Perlis is the main entrance to Pulau Langkawi which take you almost an hour trip by ferry. Another entrance to Langkawi Island is Jetty Kuala Kedah, but it will take almost 2 hours trip.
Kuala Perlis is really famous especially to locals, for Ikan Bakar (Grill Fish) dishes and also local dishes like Laksa Perlis.
Still under construction.
This beach is not really good for water activity. It is actually muddy beach.
The weather today not so good. See the waves were.
At Jetty Kuala Perlis food court.

The major activity found here is fishing and many superb seafood restaurants can be found in this small fishing town.
Not only is seafood fresh in Perlis, but it is relatively cheaper than it is in the capital city. Have the fun of eating seafood is selecting the exact critters that you want seasoned, cooked, fried, barbecued, grilled, or sauted, and served to you.

Gua Kelam (Cave of Darkness), Perlis - 30 Mei 2013
This was a day which I travelled from Sungai Petani, Kedah (border with Penang), heading to Padang Besar, Perlis (border of Malaysia and Thailand). I was planned to explore Perlis, without any map, just followed my instinct and signboard. Penisular tour by exora.
I was not snapped any lovely picture at Padang Besar since there was nothing attract me at all, and I pretty sure that you all know very well about Padang Besar, Malaysia, a shopping paradise.... There, I was not shopping too much, just a few Thai Silk. I love Thai Silk, for me it is really elegant for baju kurung.
From Padang Besar, I was heading to Kuala Perlis, and on my way we stopped at Gua Kelam, Perlis. This is my second visit to Gua Kelam. My first visit was in early 2000. After almost 10 years, the scenery and landscape of Gua Kelam was totally changed.
****************************
To enter the cave, the entrance fees only RM1 or RM2, I was forgotten. But, it is really cheap. You can bring your family for relaxing, picnic or swimming. But, I won't swim there, the colour of water a bit yellow-chocolate.
There is the entrance to Gua Kelam. Make you payment there and then, enter the cave, the cave of darkness.
Landscape outside the cave. Around parking area. The parking area able to accommodate bus as well beside motorcycles and cars.
Wooden bridge for visitor to explore the cave. Variety colours of lamp available. Not really dark, and you don't need any additional light. Underneath of the cave is a river, which make the atmosphere in the cave really nice for me.
To art lover, you may interpret any of stalactites and stalagmites to anything do you wish. I am one of those who like to interpret it.
The end of the cave. Now we were in Secret garden, and much more places to explore.
I was too excited to hike all that steps but it was closed. Sad.
Trees canopy..
River...
Water is moving slowly...
Fruits... jungle fruits and I believe that we cannot consume it.
I couldn't explore this Secret Garden totally because of time constraint. I wished that I will be back once again in future.

One of the most distinctive caves in Malaysia is a 370-metre long limestone cave near the small town of Kaki Bukit (literally 'foot hill') called Gua Kelam (Cave of Darkness). Located about 33km north of Kangar, the state capital, Gua Kelam Recreational Park is popular for its enchanting 'cave walk' where you can enter from one end of the cave and come out at a different location.
The only path to the cave is via an eight-foot wide wooden suspension bridge. This bridge links Kaki Bukit to the Wan Tangga Valley, a valley on the opposite end of Gua Kelam. Back in 1935, an Englishman saw the water pathway as a brilliant method to transport tin ore from a mine located near the stream entrance through the underground cavern to Kaki Bukit.
Now, locals and tourists make their way through the cave via a brightly lit wooden walkway inside the cave. You can still find remnants of the tin mine operation within the cave. As you make your way through the cave, the whispers of a swirling dark subterranean stream, together with the squeaking bats and dripping water from the stalactites, form a concerto of natural sounds. It sounds a bit spooky, but adds to the mystery of a cave that was was once the home of Stone Age.

A Sunset at Pantai Tanjung Bidara, Melaka, 11 February 2013
Being in Melaka, you'll never experienced any sunrise here unless you hike mountains or hills for it. But is it any? However, the wonderful scenery that you cannot miss at all, especially when you are being here for a while is "sunset". Facing Malacca Straight, the sunset here is really beautiful, depends on the weather.
Of course, when we are mentioning about panorama, the weather have great influenced. So, it is depends on your luck....
Enjoy yourself there.....
**************************************
Pantai Tanjung Bidara actually one of the great place to view sunset in Melaka. There is no need for me to clarify in deep as you might see all the pictures below.
It takes around half an hour trip from capital city of Melaka for normal traffic. On weekends, this place is crowded with local visitors and also outsiders which come for picnic or relaxation.
Enjoy guys...
Tanjung Bidara commands a magnificent sweep of the state’s coastline, and its beach is really popular among locals. This place is really good for family activities, for recreation or camping. The amenities provided include parking lots, children’s playgrounds and food stalls.

Pantai Kemasik (Kemasik Beach), Kemaman, Terengganu, Malaysia... 7 Feb 2012
Terengganu... of course when we are talking about Terengganu, its beaches are really unforgettable. Among the famous beaches, one of it is Pantai Kemasik. Located in Kemaman, Terengganu, this beach may promise you a wonderful panorama and maybe bonus for you if you are clashing with fisherman.
To someone who really have fun with nature, I would like to recommend everyone to come here. And, remember to yourself that, the right moment to enjoy yourself in Terengganu, is from February until October. Avoid yourself to be in Terengganu in Monsoon season or you'll not experience these beautiful scenery.
During this visit, it was on midday, and the weather really bombastic which is really hot, the sunshine is really bright, the sky is really clear and even not so cloudy. Because it was low tide, so the waves also not really strong. Those who stay and always connected with South China Sea will know how the waves were.
*************************************************
The following building is for local or tourist to have their foods, or for observation of the river. The water level is really minimum, that is why we may see riverbed clearly. It built with jetty trek for trespassing. And for sure when it is tide, this area will fill up by water.
There, from this jetty gazebo, I am not sure either my term is right or not, but at least you get me.. :D ... I snapped the pictures from many angles to show you how much wonderful this places.
The following is the view to the ocean.
While the following is the view to the land.
The water level is really low which nothing is secret. You might see everything on the river surface. But I am not sure, how deep is the mud is. Careful..
Snails...
There are showing themselves when low tide.
*********************************
Leaving the Gazebo, we were moving to the beach.
At beach side....... yellow sand.... rocks... heavy breeze... What else do you want? Bright day, no rains, low tide, clear water...Oh my God, this visit is really perfect. Really on the right time.
Some fisherman boats..... During tide, this river will be fulled of water and we will no longer see that sandy area. Do ensure yourself to be alerted to the water level, in order to ensure yourself not be tracked at any place which will cause you a bit unlucky.
Besides that, that is for your safety too.
Again, more local traditional fisherman boat.
There is a fish here, in the following picture. Can you see them? A bit blur because of the colour of water.
Along the river bank....
The flowing water behind the girl was actually the estuary. You may simply cross it to go to another area of the river mouth but only on low tide. When it is full tide, you are no longer can do so.
The only option do you have is road.
The other side of the beach.
The water is flowing, keeps flowing, ever and forever...... Like a tiger stone its colour.
The water is not mixed up.
Amazing...
Mr Crab who lives in the watered hole on the rock. We might seem a lot of aquatic animals on the rock here. I can said that they was tracked because of low tide.
I don't know what is kind of this animal. But it is really sharp. Be careful.
It may harm you feet.
Another Mr Crab.
A rock cave...
See carefully, what we have.....
A crowded snails stick to each other. Don't want to be a part....
See carefully, the water never mixed up. A chocolate water come from the river, while the green-blue one is from the sea.
This tree "Mengkuang laut" or also known as "Pandan Laut" (Pandanus odoratissimus), you can find easily at any beach in Terengganu.
So, that's all for now.

The water flowing to the sea in between that two stones. However, during my visit on Dec or Nov 2015, the flowing changed. No longer here, but over that huge rock. Sorry no pictures for that visit since we were there for coffee break after almost 6 hour driving from Melaka to Dungun, Terengganu for official visit.
